Mount Fuji

Mount Fuji is my favorite  scenery spot. I used to go to see Mount Fuji every dawn of the new year. First it was at Hakone and then next year it was at Izu in Shizuoka. it`s  always the most enchanting view and mount Fuji always manages to calm me down.
I have seen different Mount.Fujis through out my 2 years in Japan. Sometimes it is blue, then again it is red. Again it is of a dull brown colour and then no snow at the  top. Mount Fuji is so  beautiful that it always had been a favourite matter of discussion among painters and nature lovers.

13.1 Mount Fuji from the Hakone mountains

The photo above was taken at Odakuwani Hakone of Kanagawa prefecture. I was out on a trip to tne odawakuni hot springs and this photo was taken at the car park. The blueness of the clear blue sky and also the clearness of the winter air has given mount Fuji a blue aurora. Just imagine the wonderful meaning I felt when I see this with my naked eyes.

13.2  Mount Fuji from the Chuo Express way

The photo 13.2 was taken on my way to Fuji-Q Highland. This is in the Yamanshi prefecture and literally this theme park is situated at the foot of the Mount Fuji. All the attractions can be enjoyed with the enhancement of a snow capped Mount Fuji behind. As this was in the spring the air is a little unclear but that does not harm the beauty of Fuji in the least.
13.3 Mount Fuji from the Fuji-Q Highland

This photo is one of my favourite photos. Evrything is brushed lightly with a charming blue colour. The light blue sky, the Blue Fuji and the water blue enhances the real atmosphere. This is too good to be true. As i said earlier, the unclear spring air has not damaged its beauty in the least.

13.4  Mount Fuji from Nihondaira-  Izu Peninsula

This is the famous red Mount Fuji which can be senn very rarely. I was at Nihondaira to see the first sun dawn of 2009. MountFuji was tinted red with the first sun rays of year 2009. The majesty of the silent volcanoe can never be compared to anything else. The snow at the top is the crown. Such a beauty.

13.5  Mount. Fuji from Miho no Matsubara beach - Shizuoka

This photo was taken at the Miho no matsubara beach. The sand is black with white shells scattered all over. Far beyond, Mount Fuji stands smart and proud with the whiteblayer os anow at the top. This was taken on the same day ,in which I was at Nihondaira. The first glimpse of Mount Fuji  in the first day of the new year makes it all complete.

13.6  Mount Fuji from the Tokai Express way

This photo was taken from the Tokai express way when we were heading back home from Shizuoka. The road runs towards the giant volcano which boasts it hugenesss and the never changing charmingness. The beautiful layer of snow and the new little crater on the right is  also very clear in this photo.

I have a dream to climb Mount Fuji. To see the sun rise from the top of the mountain. To see the world over the clouds. I wish I was healthy enough to stand up against the rude coldness and the thinning air. Wish I was healthy enough....

Tanabata - Story behind the tale

Story1 Orihime is a princess who wove beautiful clothes by the bank of the Amanogawa which is  Milky Way in English . She worked very hard every day to weave clothes. However, Orihime was sad that because of her hard work she could never meet or fall in love with anyone. Concerned about his daughter,  the  father arranged for her to meet Hikoboshi who lived and worked on the other side of the Amanogawa. When the two met, they fell instantly in love with each other and married shortly thereafter. However, once married, Orihime no longer would weave cloth and Hikoboshi allowed his cows to stray all over Heaven. In anger,  the  father separated the two lovers across the Amanogawa and forbade them to meet. Orihime became despondent at the loss of her husband and asked her father to let them meet again. The father was moved by his daughter’s tears and allowed the two to meet on the 7th day of the 7th month if she worked hard and finished her weaving. The first time they tried to meet,

Tateyama Alpine Route - Murado Station

19/07/2010 Another dream coming true. I always wanted to go there.I was collecting leaflets, pamphlets about this but never thought of   going due to the high costs. Well, luck was upon me this one time. It was early morning of 5.45 and I was waiting for my sensei s vehicle in front of  Toyama Station. I did know the plans for the day but that we were going to Tateyama. Were we going to Kurobe Dam too, or going to Kurobe Dam?Were we going to take the Alpen Route or go straight to Kurobe? Surprises were waiting. We reached Tateyama Station and I knew it is my dream coming true. Weather and information of the day  It was around 14degrees at the top of the mountain while it was nearly 36degrees at the foot. We were simply above the clouds and the temperature difference was too much to bear. It was cold in the summer. Early in the morning when we passed the Murodo staion on our way to Kurobe dam it was clear all around. in the afternoon, sudden fogs, drizzles and strong winds
