I Stopped At...

2016/5/5 Kamikochi is one of the most scenic places in Japan. The best season to visit Kamikochi is the lte spring  or early summer. We went  during the mid spring in the Golden Week in Japan so it was still the winter for the highlands. We can reach midway by our own car and then we have to use the shuttle buses. Refer to the [Access] tab for more information.  We got out of the bus at the Taisho pond and started to walk. Taisho Pond It was cloudy that day but the water still had a beautiful emerald color.  Tashiro Pond  There was not much water in the pond but Mount Yadake towers over this pond too. I could capture a beautiful texture photograph of the clear water flowing over the  stones. Hotaka Bridge We pass over several bridges on the trail and this is one of them.
